With no information given, I was asked to work on the website redesign. I began by analyzing the website’s access analytics to discover which areas needed improvement.
The website had been fitted with an eCommerce plugin, but it was only for display purposes; it did not have payment functionality. Its installation caused disarray in the site structure. To reorganize the structure and conduct design research, I consulted many other websites for references.
